3D laser scanning with mobile phone!

We have found a new method to capture information in 3D!
It is possible to convert a simple movie (MP4) recorded with a mobile phone into a point cloud so that you can literally step into your own movie. In this way it becomes possible to record information without expensive equipment and special training.

By now, we are already enjoying a lot of attention for the technical possibilities. Dutch Telecom (KPN) and SHELL have indicated that further development with TerraCarta will take place.

As-Build drawings will really reflect the As-Build situation with the input of this technique in the near future!
